Workshop: Programming VST / AudioUnit / RTAS audio plugins in JUCE (C++)
at Gelegenheiten, hosted by MarC Vinyes Raso

"Audio plugins" are computer programs that can be executed within  
certain
audio production
professional tools to transform or produce sounds. They are, thus, a  
way to
take advantage of
existing software and insert our personal ideas for music creation  
without
neither having to repeat
their work nor having to adapt to their structure.
The JUCE library allows us to program our own "audio plugins" in a
relatively affordable way in the
C++ programming language. In this "Set up and introduction" session, the
participants will learn how
to setup their computers to be able to start programming in this  
environment
and to produce their
first basic plugin (a simple “clipper” or “saturator”).

Requirements:
Basic C++ programming skills. A laptop (with a wireless card and a sound
card) running Ms Windows &
Ms Visual C++ or Mac OSX & XCode.
